How do I submit a warranty claim?
Follow the next steps:
(1.)Take clear photos of: the damaged product the shipping box and protective packaging, the shipping label (if visible)
(2.) Keep the original packaging until the case is solved (carriers often require packaging photos/evidence for damage reports).
(3.) Contact our support with: your order number a short description of the damage.
What happens next:
We will review your case and find a suitable solution, in some cases, we may need additional info for a courier damage report
Tip: If the parcel is visibly damaged at delivery and you can, note it with the carrier before accepting.
