When will I receive my refund?

We refund you as soon as we receive notification of your return:


- The original payment method will be used for the purchase. 
- You will receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs. 

What to expect after we issue the refund:
 Your payment provider/bank may still take a few business days to process and show the refund in your account.

To avoid delays: Register your return via the return portal

If you registered your return but haven’t received a refund confirmation → contact support with your order number and the email address. 

Note: once a refund is processed, some retailers state they cannot “track” it further because it depends on the payment provider’s processing flow.
