Can I still change or cancel my order?

Your order can only be changed or cancelled before it has been shipped.

What you can do step-by-step:
(1.) Contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order. The sooner we receive your message, the higher the chance that we can still help before shipment.

(2.) If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. In that case, please wait for the parcel to arrive.

(3.) If you no longer wish to keep the product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our return policy for the full return instructions.

  • Your order number

  • The change you would like to make, or confirmation that you want to cancel the order

  • A Photo or Short video

If the order has already been shipped, support can no longer cancel or change it, but we can still help guide you through the return process if needed. Once order processing or shipment has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
