I missed the delivery, what now?

If you missed your delivery, the carrier will usually do one of the following:

  • Attempt delivery again.

  • Deliver your parcel to a nearby pickup point.


Check your tracking link to see the exact status!


If your parcel is at a pickup point:

  • Collect it within the given time (14 days)

  • Bring ID if required

If you do not collect your parcel in time, it may be returned to us.
In that case, reshipping costs may apply.
