How do intra-community / VAT-exempt orders work?

At checkout, you have the option to enter a VAT number if your company is based in the EU or the UK.



If:
- Your VAT number is valid 
- Your company is based outside the Netherlands but within the EU or the UK
0% VAT will be automatically applied. You will then receive an invoice with the VAT reverse-charged and your VAT number listed on the invoice.


To request this:
- Provide your company name and valid VAT number

We will verify your details and confirm if VAT exemption can be applied.






Note: If you place an order without requesting this in advance, VAT is usually still charged.
