How many sharpening sessions does one refill last?

A sharpening head (“refill”) is designed for around 400 sharpening sessions, depending on blade type and usage. 

Heavy pressure, overheating, or sharpening incompatible blades (like carbide) can reduce lifespan. 

 If you think your head is wearing out unusually fast, stop and check:

- Blade material (no carbide) 
- Drill speed (≤1200 RPM)
- Light pressure.
